No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply saves your address and lets you reorder your usual list in a couple of taps.
Yes, that is most of what we do. Contact us before ordering and we can quote on carton quantities, set up a regular resupply and confirm lead times for your pincode.
It is how many pieces come in one pack. Every product page lists the quantity per pack, net quantity and item weight, so you can compare like with like rather than guessing from the photograph.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same business day. Metro cities usually receive them in 2–4 business days; other locations take 4–7. Use the pincode checker on any product page to see whether we deliver to you.
We ship to every pincode our courier partners service. We do not ship outside India at present.
Carton and pallet quantities may move by surface transport rather than courier. We confirm the method and the timeline with you before despatch.
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Credit and debit cards today, with UPI coming shortly. Payments are handled by a secure gateway — we never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
Yes. Every order ships with a proper GST invoice carrying the HSN code, so a business can claim input credit without chasing us for paperwork.
Yes. Every price is in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST.
Unopened packs with the manufacturer's seal or shrink wrap intact, within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept tissues, napkins, cups or other disposables once a pack has been opened.
Whole unopened cartons can be returned within 7 days. Individual packs already opened from a carton cannot.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph of the carton and the packs before the packaging is discarded — that is what lets us raise the claim with the courier. We will replace or refund in full, including shipping.
We start the refund within 3 business days of the return passing inspection. UPI refunds usually appear in 1–3 business days; card refunds take 5–7, depending on your bank.
We do, when the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. For a change of mind, the cost is yours.
